SHIPPING INFORMATION

We are committed to getting your order to you as soon as possible (because we know you’re just dying to have it). At this time, we only offer Flat Rate Shipping (at a cost of $7.00 with a 3-5 day delivery range, regardless of order size) on our web store. Unfortunately, we are not able to ship internationally at this time. Please give us 1 business day to process your order and 1 business day to wrap it up with love and a bow on top (that’s a joke, there won’t actually be a bow) and send it off to you. Once your package has been shipped, we’ll send you a happy little email with your tracking number and you can begin counting down the minutes until it’s arrival.
If you wish to have your package to be Expedited or Overnight Shipping we ask that you call us at 828- 631-1599 as soon as you place your order and please know that there will be additional shipping charges you will pay over the phone.

 

RETURN INFORMATION

  • REFUNDS ARE NOT ALLOWED
  • IF YOU ARE NOT SATISFIED WITH YOUR PURCHASE, SIMPLY RETURN THE UNUSED ITEM IN ITS ORIGINAL CONDITION WITHIN 14 DAYS OF RECEIVING YOUR PACKAGE AND WE WILL PROVIDE YOU WITH STORE CREDIT OR EXCHANGE, MINUS SHIPPING COSTS.
  • Damages must be reported within 3 days of receiving merchandise or can not be returned
  • Returns must be received unwashed, unworn and in new condition. If the item arrives with tags on it, the item must be returned with original tags still attached. Items sent back worn or with makeup stains, deodorant stains, stains of any sort, pet hair, smoke &/or perfume smell will not be accepted. Said items will be shipped back to you and are subject to an additional shipping cost.
  • Shoes must be returned in their original box and placed inside an additional protective shipping box. Damage to the shoe box makes the shoes ineligible for returns. In this case, the shoes will be shipped back to you and you are subject to the return shipping costs.
  • Jewelry, sunglasses and hats are returnable in new condition for store credit or exchange.
  • Gift Cards, intimates, bras, camisoles, slips, tights, socks and Final Sale/Clearance category items are final sale and may not be returned for store credit or exchanged.
  • Shipping costs are not refundable.
  • Store credit is typically processed within 5-7 business days of receiving your return. We will send you an email confirmation when your return has been received and your store credit has been issued.
  • Store credit is only valid on our website, not at any Humanité Boutique store locations.
  • Please do not ship back any sale or “FINAL SALE” or "CLEARANCE" merchandise, as you will not be given a store credit nor will it be shipped back to you. Regular merchandise shipped more than 14 days after the original delivery date of your purchase will also not be given a store credit or be shipped back to you as we do not accept returns that are not shipped back within the 14 day window.

 
How Do I Make A Return? 
Please be sure to include your order number and name on the outside or your return.

Refused or Undeliverable Packages
Refused or undeliverable packages are subject to return shipping costs.

  • If you choose not to have your order re-delivered, you will receive store credit for the original cost of the item, minus a 20% restocking fee and any undeliverable charges from the carrier.

Exchanges
Items must be shipped back to Humanité within 14 days of receiving your package in order to be eligible for exchange. A shipping fee of $7.00 will be charged for exchanges. The original shipping fee will be deducted from the store credit for any order. Returns are typically processed within 5-7 business days.


Can I send back items from different orders?
Yes. To save on shipping, time, and packaging materials, you can return items from multiple orders as long as you include the corresponding order numbers for each item inside the package. We recommend printing out the receipt for each order online and including each form inside the return package.
